Monday download

- Had a great date with Heather last night. We were way overdue for a dinner out by ourselves. Thus...no blogging last night. :)
- It appears that I polarized the church body by talking some Cardinal/Cub smack in my message yesterday. I still love you Cubbie fans. You're probably a better picture of 'hope' than 'pride.'
- Go Michigan State!
- I believe that will be the first and last time I quote Vanilla Ice in a message. Yo VIP...let's kick it...
- Can't wait for Easter @ Crosspoint. Lots to get ready for, but I'm believing God for some big things in lives. It is time to BEGIN...
- I'm humbled at what God is doing through this Baggage series. Some heavy stuff being 'checked at the cross.'
- Playing some hoops at 8pm tonight, and then watching the championship game after that. I love basketball.
- Invite a friend to come with you to Easter. Reaching people with the Gospel is not about mass marketing or billboards. Rather it is through personal relationships. Invite your co-worker, neighbor, or a friend. Invite them to 'come and see.' Remind them that Crosspoint is this kind of church.
- I'm done with snow.
- Praying for a friend who lost his Dad recently.
- We don't follow a wimpy God...Psalm 21:13.
- We are consistently seeing new faces coming to Crosspoint. Keep doing your work Jesus!
